Convenient Location
- Manuel Antonio and Quepos are located in the South Pacific coastal province of Puntarenas. The area is situated 157 km south of the capital, San José. The two towns are located 7 km away from each other.
- The region is easily accessible, either by road or air. By road, it takes around 3 hours from San Jose. Internal flights offer daily services to Quepos Airport, with a short flight time of 20 minutes from San Jose.
- A new 77km highway is being currently being constructed to link the capital to the Pacific Coast. This will make travel times significantly shorter to this part of the country.

Manuel Antonio National Park consists of 683 hectares of land and contains some of the country’s most diverse wildlife and breathtaking scenery. The park is surrounded by tropical forests and has a well-developed trail system to facilitate independent exploration.
Among the species that can be seen in the park are toucans, white-faced monkeys, sloths, coatis, raccoons, iguanas, exotic bird species as well as the Costa Rican squirrel monkey (Saimiri), which is endemic to Manuel Antonio and only found in this part of the world.
