Gene has over 35 years of building, developing and real estate experience in the US and Costa Rica. He has earned a reputation with his clients of trust, integrity and commitment that ends up being a life long relationship with his customers. Building and selling his first home when he was 19 years old resulted in a love of the business that he still feels today. Matching his clients to the right deal for them is something he excels in. The returns he has mastered for this group of special people has been his passion, with most becoming life long friends.
Gene is originally from Florida with his last accomplishment being in charge of sales for a division of the St. Joe Company, the largest private landowner in the state and a master of coastal developments. He brings this experience with him to CR. He can help you with all your real estate needs in his beautiful adopted country with the professional manner you deserve.
Gene and his beautiful wife Shirley just celebrated their 40th anniversary. He has 2 grown children and six outstanding grand children which are the joy of his life. He enjoys fishing and going to the beach when he has time, but his passion other than his family and friends, is always his clients.
Kindra Kling

Kindra has been coming back and forth to Costa Rica for over 10 years. From California, but most recently based in Hawaii, Kindra came back to Quepos in 2006 to work with Century 21. Her intimate knowledge of the area makes her the perfect choice to administrate the extensive listings portfolio of the company and her incredible organizational skills keep everything running smoothly in the office.
Harrison Hitt

Harrison Hitt is from Newport News, Virginia, and first found Costa Rica shortly after he graduated college. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in 2000 (Bachelor of Arts in Economics) he immediately moved to Manuel Antonio and began working in the tourism industry. The first four years he spent owning a tourism office and managing a small boutique hotel in Manuel Antonio. It was this line of work that paved the way for his career change to selling real estate. After working in real estate for almost five years, Harrison's passion and love for the business has grown very strong. He has no regrets about the decision he has made and says he would do it all over again if given the opportunity. He has earned respect from the local community as well as his trusting client base. He currently resides in Manuel Antonio with his wife Dinia, and their son Trey.
